Sophomore Year

• Fall
  • Complete Compliance Overview Training and review NUG Compliance Guide
  • Purchase ADB/Complio subscription and begin working on requirements
• Deadline: January 15
  • Seasonal Influenza Vaccine (to participate in spring simulation labs)
• Deadline: April 1
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella)
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Tdap
  • Polio
  • COVID-19 Vaccine
  • Tuberculosis
  • Physical Exam
  • CPR Certification (American Heart Association BLS or National EMT Certification)
  • Student Consent & Attestation
  • Health Insurance Card
