Accessing the Color Vision Screening Self-Assessment

If this is your first time submitting a physical exam for compliance at UConn, you'll need to complete a one-time Color Vision Self-Assessment in HuskyCT. The assessment will generate a certificate that you can then submit to Complio using the "Color Vision Screening" requirement under the Physical Exam category. You will still need to submit your physical exam form to achieve compliance.

Note: If you have already completed your HIPAA or OSHA Trainings, you are already enrolled in the site for color vision screening.

Otherwise, to access the assessment, follow these steps:

1. Log into HuskyCT
2. On your Institution page, scroll down to the box labeled “Self-Enroll Courses & Organizations for Students.”
3. Locate “Office of Clinical Placement Coordination (OCPC)” and click the organization name to enter.
4. Click the green “Enroll” button on the left and follow any prompts to complete enrollment
5. Click Color Vision Screening Self-Assessment to launch the assessment.
6. Complete the quiz by answering the questions based on the Ishihara plates you are shown.
7. Click “My Certificates of Completion” in the left menu to access your certificate of completion, which you will need to download or screenshot and submit to Complio using the "Color Vision Screening" requirement under the Physical Exam category.
